Cory Paulk

Broker Owner

Growing up on a farm in central Louisiana, my lifelong passion for land and the outdoors has profoundly influenced both my life and career. After years of farming and gaining invaluable experience in the oil and gas industry, I discovered that my true calling was in real estate—a field where I could merge my love for land with my professional skills. After spending some time as a salesperson, I decided to elevate my career by obtaining my broker’s license. In seeking the best path to establish my own business and brand, I envisioned a company that aligned with my faith and values, one that was already successfully recognized in the outdoor industry.

Through my research, I found a company that not only shared my beliefs but also demonstrated a genuine love for people and the outdoors. To my surprise, when I reached out via email, I received a response from Parker, and we began collaborating on our next steps. I then focused on assembling a dedicated team that shared our common values and aspirations. A little over a year later, we stand ready to lead the industry in all types of land and rural residential properties.

I believe that the land we hold dear is a blessing that connects us to our heritage and the communities we serve. My commitment to integrity and exceptional service is fueled by a desire to assist others, guided by the values instilled in me from an early age.

With extensive experience in the industry, I specialize in connecting buyers and sellers to the perfect parcels of land that fulfill their dreams and create lasting legacies. My firsthand knowledge of real estate, combined with my dedication to outstanding service, allows me to navigate the complexities of land transactions with ease.

As an avid hunter, I relish my free time pursuing deer and turkeys across Louisiana and Mississippi. This passion not only enriches my life but also deepens my understanding of land use and conservation, enabling me to better serve my clients.

At Buck Commander Properties, we are committed to helping you find the perfect land for your needs—whether for hunting, farming, or investment. Let’s work together to turn your land aspirations into reality!

Stuart Warren

Broker Owner

I was born near the Natchez Trace in Central Mississippi. My passion for the outdoors began as a young child, running barefoot through cotton fields and building forts on creek banks. This love for nature led me to become an avid hunter and deeply appreciate God’s creation. The words of Henry David Thoreau, “Heaven is under our feet as well as over our heads,” resonate with me as I explore the woods.

After high school, I pursued a business degree, which laid the foundation for my real estate career. I obtained my real estate license in 2005 and have since had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients in finding and investing in land, farms, and homes. My approach is rooted in the Golden Rule, as stated in the Bible in Matthew 7:12: “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.” This philosophy guides me in building lasting relationships with my clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

I have been married to my wonderful wife, Katie, since 2007, and we have two sons, Austin and David. Our family is the heart of everything we do, and we cherish our time together, enjoying activities like travel baseball, school sports such as football and track, or the occasional half-marathon. We frequently visit the Alabama beaches and Midwest farms, enjoying hunting, hiking, camping, and fishing.

As an outdoorsman and real estate expert, I am dedicated to helping you find and invest in your dream property. My experience helps me guide my clients through complex transactions. Some of my specialties include 1031 exchanges, government programs like CRP and WREs, land development, timber harvest, and tree planting. I also hold a builder’s license and was honored to win the 2017 Remodeled Home of the Year Award from the Mississippi Home Builders
Association.

I am actively involved in my community, regularly attending a local Christian Church and I participate in various associations and serve on boards. I am committed to community service and professional development, volunteering my time and resources to organizations like Canopy Children’s Home, Gateway Rescue Missions and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

At Buck Commander Properties, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your real estate goals. Whether you’re seeking fertile land in the Delta for agricultural crops, mature hardwood timber that you manage for trophy Whitetail deer, or the perfect place to call Home and raise your Family, we’re here to assist you. Let us help you find the Land where you Create, Plant, and Fertilize your Legacy. Land to Legacy

Agent

Born and raised in Houston, MS, I’ve always believed that land is more than just property — its legacy. It’s something we pass down, something that tells the story of who we are and what we value. That deep connection to the land is what drives my passion for helping others buy and sell rural property with purpose and integrity.

While proudly serving in the United States military, I learned the value of discipline, dedication, and service — principles that I bring into every client relationship. My faith is the foundation of who I am, guiding me in both life and business to serve others with honesty, respect, and commitment.

When I’m not walking property lines or scouting land opportunities, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors — whether it’s hunting, fishing, or just spending time in nature with my wife Meagan and our three amazing kids: Camryn, Andi, and Brady. They’re my reason for everything, and they help remind me every day why land, legacy, and stewardship matter so much.

If you’re looking for someone who understands the value of land and the lifestyle it represents, I’d be honored to help you find your piece of it.

Land to Legacy

Reid-Simmons

Agent

Whether I’m in a blind, on a fairway, or walking a property line, the outdoors is where I feel most at home. Golf has also become a favorite way to relax and connect, blending friendly competition with the peace of nature.

After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Ole Miss and an MBA from Louisiana Tech, I began my career with an engineering firm in Ruston before relocating to Madison, Mississippi—my wife Claire’s hometown. There, I transitioned into the energy and specialty chemicals sector with Ergon. Throughout every chapter, one thing has remained constant: my passion for people and building lasting relationships. That passion, combined with my love for land, led me to pursue real estate.

Becoming a licensed agent has long been a dream, rooted in the chance to help others find their place, make smart investments, and build meaningful legacies.

At Buck Commander Properties, I’m proud to join a team that sees land as more than just acreage—it’s where legacies grow. Whether you’re seeking your first rural home, the perfect hunting tract, or a sound investment for generations ahead, I’d be honored to help you find your place.

From land to legacy—let’s build something that lasts.

Dawn-Street

Associate Broker

This early exposure fostered a deep, natural love for woodlands, creeks, rivers, and raw land. As a preteen, she even built her own treehouse, discovering a passion for building and working with her hands in the dirt.

A childhood dream came true when she had the opportunity to live and work on a cattle ranch. This hands-on experience further solidified her connection to the land. Over the past three decades, Dawn has dedicated herself to learning the intricacies of hunting land, its development, and farming, effectively serving as an apprentice in these fields.

Beyond her outdoor pursuits, Dawn has been a pillar in her community. She served as the District Director of Dixie Girls Softball and also operated the Canton Dixie Youth Baseball program, demonstrating her commitment to youth development. She instilled her own love of the outdoors in her two sons, teaching them to shoot, hunt, operate equipment, and even how to repair it.

In 2006, Dawn pursued her professional calling, studying to achieve her real estate license, and later, her Broker license. This move was a natural extension of a realization she had as a young child: the neighbors with large parcels of land had a precious legacy to leave their children. It’s this vision that drives her today.

Now, as a Broker in a new real estate company in Mississippi, Dawn is dedicated to helping families secure that same opportunity—to carry on a legacy of their own. Her life’s journey, rooted in the land and guided by a spirit of stewardship, is truly reflected in her mission: “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
